Bear Lake

We were in Bear Lake the weekend of Raspberry Days. Kaitlyn and Tally had a great time being spoiled by Grandma. They both got a bracelet, hair bow, and their face painted. Kaitlyn loved spending so much time with Tally.
David visiting with Great Grandma Koeven.

There was hardly a beach this year at Bear Lake. It was nice not to have to walk a mile to get to the water, but we missed having sand to play with. The kids and tweens were nice enough to dig out a little area of weeds to play in.

David in his cute frog robe from Grandma. He only lasted a minute in the cold water. Then he went to Lisa and did this:

Kaitlyn LOVED running through the sprinklers with Grandpa.

I was surprised that she was so excited to go on the tube. She kept saying she wanted to do it by herself, but then decided she wanted Sarah to go with her. There's a video clip at the end and you'll see how brave she was.

Making snow cones with Kathy and Zach.
Making necklaces with Grandpa and Sarah.
Fishing off the balcony for prizes from Aunt Debbie.
By the end of the trip Kaitlyn was in love with Sarah. Tally's family left early, and Kaitlyn discovered how fun Sarah is. They were pretty cute to watch.
