At the beginning of July, my parents came out for a visit. They've been able to come out several times for Kaitlyn's birthday, which she loves! Kaitlyn had her first friend party this year, so it was SO nice to have my mom there to help with everything, and my dad played with David the whole time. It was great!
Since Kaitlyn's birthday falls near the 4th of July, we were able to do lots of celebrations while they were in town. We had a ward breakfast the morning of the 4th, and then ran to a parade afterwards. If you look close at the first picture, you can see how humid things were. My camera got a bit foggy....
We sure love having grandma and grandpa visit. Grandpa and Kaitlyn spent lots of time building block houses for all her princesses, and David LOVED all the attention he got.
